Stress Less Workshop

With stress affecting 77% of people regularly, our workshop focuses on managing stress and enhancing mental well-being through active participation. This workshop is designed to address common stressors and provide practical tools to help participants maintain their mental health.

In our workshops, we:

  • Explore various strategies for managing stress and building resilience to handle everyday pressures

  • Examine the critical brain-body connection, highlighting how stress impacts both our mental and physical health (the body really does keep the score)

  • Discuss practical methods to prevent burnout, focusing on recognizing the early signs of stress and taking proactive steps before it escalates

Led by Francesca Olivia a registered psychotherapist, we use evidence-based strategies and tools to create an interactive and engaging learning experience. These sessions aim to reduce stress levels, improve emotional well-being, and enhance overall life satisfaction. Participants will learn techniques to manage their stress more effectively, enabling them to thrive in both their personal and professional lives.
